Illustrations for The Creative Mathematics Teacher’s Book of Lists

I created a series of illustrations to accompany an upcoming math book called The Creative Math Teacher’s Book of Lists by Peter Appelbaum, set to be published by Brill Publishing. This book is a resource for teaching, learning, and experiencing math. I used a limited color palette of layered dots and lines to create new colors. I chose this technique as a nod to mathematical principles like addition and geometric shapes and to illustrate deeper concepts in the text like cooperation and simplicity.
